Interventional Cardiologist opening in St. Joseph, MI Located in the southwestern Michigan region - 80 miles from Grand RapidsPosition Details Practice Type: Full-time, hospital-employed position
Schedule: M-F
On-call weekends
Excellent opportunity to join a group of cardiovascular specialists.
Group includes five interventional cardiologists, four non-invasive, and two electrophysiologists. Teams also includes the support of nine advanced practice providers. Providers have potential to cover 2 office locations.
Competitive compensation package includes generous signing bonus, initial salary guarantee, and the opportunity to bonus based on productivity. Dedicated rounding rotations in St. Joseph. Access to 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist programs. Epic EHR.
Procedures performed in a beautiful new state-of-the-art Surgery Suite, Cath Labs, and Heart Center. This includes the opportunity to perform TEE and cardioversion.
QualificationsRequired Doctorate Graduate of approved Medical College
2 years of relevant experience Clinical experience Preferred
LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association depending on age-appropriateness of patient population Upon Hire preferred Or
CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA American Heart Association depending on age-appropriateness of patient population Upon Hire preferred
