Clinical Setting & Workflow Dual Coverage: This role requires the provider to manage a standard outpatient clinic while also covering interventional hospital call.
Continuity: The facility is looking for ongoing support; a provider with consistent monthly availability will be prioritized.
Provider Qualifications Licensure: Active Arizona (AZ) Medical License.
Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Interventional Cardiology.
Credentialing Speed: 14-day turnaround.
