Interventional Cardiology Job in North Carolina – Flexible Block Schedule
Join a collaborative cardiology team dedicated to excellence in cardiovascular care, committed to advancing patient outcomes, strengthening multidisciplinary partnerships, and serving the growing needs of the community.
Cardiology Position Highlights:
Schedule: Full-time equivalent (182.5 days/year) with a structured block schedule (7 days on/7 days off). 1-3 year contract.
Clinical Responsibilities: Outpatient cardiology clinic
Inpatient consults
24/7 call during block schedule
Diagnostic & Interpretive Duties: Nuclear cardiology studies
Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
Echo Interpretation
Supervise or interpret stress testing
Procedures: Cardiac Cath – Diagnostic/PCI
Peripheral Vascular- Diagnostic/Intervention
Cardioversions
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with general cardiologist, APPs, and hospitalists
Requirements:
Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology
IMLC State – Licensure facilitation provided
