Job description

Ochsner Health in Covington, LA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care including IV therapy under RN supervision, and to support the healthcare team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, data gathering, planning and evaluation, maintaining patient safety, and ensuring documentation meets standards.
