Job description
MedCap Health in Ohio is seeking a full-time LongTerm and Post-Acute Care APP to reshape the future of post-acute care. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a sense of purpose for skilled APP/NP/PA candidates.
You will work Monday through Friday, day shifts, with no overnights or weekends, in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has cardiology-focused post-acute experience and NP board certification, enabling autonomous patient management and meaningful impact.
