Vermont Non-Invasive Cardiologist Opportunity

Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible CardiologistPermanent, hospital-employed positionFull-time, day shiftMonday - Friday scheduleOutpatient-focused position with inpatient consultationsNo call responsibilitiesProvide comprehensive non-invasive cardiology care to adult patientsOversee and interpret outpatient cardiac testing, including echocardiograms, cardiac monitors, and stress testingRead and finalize reports for stress laboratory testing, including stress echocardiogramsConduct inpatient consultations and collaborate with primary care providers, emergency physicians, hospitalists, and other medical staffSupport the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program by reviewing and signing clinical notesWork closely with the cardiac device clinic approximately two days per weekSupport pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator management across five device brandsCardioversion and transesophageal echocardiogram experience is preferred but not requiredManage a broad range of cardiovascular conditions in adult patients aged 18 and olderBoard certification or board eligibility in Cardiology is requiredMust be proficient in interpreting cardiac monitors, echocardiograms, and stress testsMust hold or be eligible to obtain a Vermont medical licenseSeeking a physician with a passion for rural healthcare and serving underserved communitiesWork within a collaborative, interdisciplinary, and patient-centered care environmentOrganization Information: Competitive compensationComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance optionsLife and disability insuranceMalpractice insurance providedGenerous paid time offCME allowance and CME time offStudent loan repayment and tuition assistance may be availablePublic Service Loan Forgiveness eligibleRelocation assistance401(k) plan with company matchFree gym membershipSupportive, team-oriented work environment with dedicated clinical and administrative staffJoin a community-based, not-for-profit critical access hospitalThe organization provides primary, preventive, surgical, specialty, inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care servicesRecruitWell Core Values: Open communicationSense of urgencyTeamworkAccountabilityDriven to winHigher consciousness
