Non-Invasive / General Cardiologist San Antonio, TX
$700K+ Potential 90% Outpatient Established Cardiology Group
Join a highly respected cardiovascular group of 60+ specialists in San Antonio, Texas. This outpatient-focused cardiology opportunity offers immediate patient demand, strong clinical infrastructure, and excellent income potential in a collaborative multi-subspecialty environment.
Physicians play an active role in a well-equipped cardiology practice with comprehensive in-office diagnostics , including echocardiography, nuclear imaging, vascular studies, and stress testing , allowing you to manage patients efficiently within the practice.
Position Highlights
90% outpatient cardiology with hospital consults primarily on your own patients
Flexible clinic volumes: patients per day
3 4 MAs per physician + AI scribes to support workflow
In-office diagnostics: Echo, nuclear stress testing, vascular studies, treadmill testing
Established referral network with strong PCP relationships
Turn-key practice setup (new grad friendly)
High demand: 150 referrals per month per clinic

Compensation
Guaranteed salary transitioning to uncapped wRVU production
Average cardiologist income: $722K
Top producers earning $865K+
Sign-on bonus, relocation, CME
