Cardiology NP or PA Supervisor needed in Wenatchee, WA
(Leadership-Track Role | 4-Day Workweek )
nA highly respected, physician-led healthcare system in central Washington is actively seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its well-established cardiology team . This opportunity is ideal for a provider with at least 5 years of cardiology experience and a proven background in clinical leadership who is looking to grow within a progressive, patient-centered organization.

nPosition Highlights:
nnnFull-time schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (no weekends)
n
nnMinimum 5 years of cardiology APP experience required
n
nnLeadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred
n
nnJoin a busy, high-performing rural cardiology program with a strong patient base
n
nnCollaborative, team-based care model with mentorship and peer support
n
nnEmphasis on quality outcomes, continuity of care , and provider well-being
n
n nCompensation & Benefits:
nnnCompetitive salary: $155,000 – $187,000 annually, plus RVU-based bonus potential
