Job description
Concord Hospital Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide specialty and preventive cardiac care for adults. You will collaborate with an attending physician to cover acute care, admissions, consults, and discharges, and extend similar care into office settings.
