Job description
Henry Ford Health in Jackson, MI is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive cardiology care in a 50/50 inpatient/outpatient setting. This full-time role welcomes new graduates and offers mentorship from experienced cardiologists.
Responsibilities span outpatient pre-operative clearances, follow-up care, same-day heart appointments, and inpatient rounds with cardiology teams. Travel between four HF locations, with no on-call requirements, is expected.
