Job description
Great opportunity in eastern Texas for a NP/PA to join a growing Cardiology group.
Qualifications
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Must have experience in Cardiology as an NP or PA
Schedule & Setting
Mon‑Fri – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Outpatient clinic setting only
Workload & Team
15–18 patients per day
2 other NPs on staff
1 RN per NP/PA as support staff
Responsibilities
Screen new patients and funnel them to the correct physician for evaluation
Manage, educate, and provide long‑term follow‑up of patients with chronic cardiac conditions such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hyperlipidemia
