Job description
Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive cardiac care across skilled nursing facilities. You will assess patients, collaborate with cardiologists, and implement treatment plans for cardiovascular conditions.
Travel between facilities is required. Candidates must hold an NP or PA license, a DEA license, and a Master’s in Nursing. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
