Staff CRNA Opportunity Academic Hospital 4-Day Week No Call Full-Time, Hospital-Employed CRNA Position Greater Boston Suburb

Job Highlights: 4x10s weekday schedule no call, no weekends, no holidays
Direct hospital employment (W-2) with full benefits
Low MDA-to-CRNA ratio (2:1), supportive team culture
Case mix: General, ENT, ortho, neuro, plastics, urology
No OB, peds, or cardiac
Optional regionals (spinals, epidurals, blocks)
Teaching opportunities available (students and residents onsite)

Compensation & Benefits: Well above-market base salary
$25,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available
6 weeks PTO + 2 personal days (includes holidays & sick leave)
5 CME days + $2,000 stipend
