nNurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Cardiology (Outpatient)
nWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient cardiology practice. This position provides comprehensive cardiovascular care under the direct supervision of a cardiologist, with strong clinical support and collaboration.
nResponsibilities:
nEvaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions
nOrder and interpret diagnostic tests (EKGs, labs, imaging, monitors)
nPrescribe and manage cardiac medications per evidence-based guidelines
nProvide patient education on disease management and lifestyle modification
nDocument care accurately in the EMR and coordinate with the care team
nQualifications:
nGraduate of an accredited NP or PA program
nActive state licensure and national certification
nDEA license (or ability to obtain)
nBLS certification
nCardiology or internal medicine experience preferred
nPosition Details:
nOutpatient cardiology office with limited on-call and rounding at hospital
nDirect physician supervision by cardiologist
nMonday–Friday schedule
