Southern New Hampshire Cardiology Nurse Practitioner Job - 1 Hour from Manchester

Clinical Role:

Please ask about our generous referral fees!Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitionerPermanent job openingFull-time, outpatient positionMust have one or more years of post-training experienceCardiology, internal medicine, primary care, or related specialty experience preferredWork collaboratively with cardiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teamsOpportunity to practice at the top of your license while caring for patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditionsPerform comprehensive cardiology assessments, including patient histories and physical examinationsEvaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditionsOrder and interpret laboratory, diagnostic, and imaging studiesDevelop individualized, evidence-based treatment plansPrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelinesMonitor patients between visits and ensure continuity of careTriage patient calls and provide clinical consultationEducate patients and families on heart disease prevention, treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategiesParticipate in community outreach and heart health education initiativesMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationSupport quality improvement initiatives and a culture of patient-centered careEMR: eClinicalWorksCompetitive salary based on experienceAllow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more! Graduate of an accredited School of NursingSuccessful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner programCurrent New Hampshire APRN licenseCurrent DEA registrationAbility to obtain and maintain professional liability insurability through the organizationStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsAbility to interpret diagnostic testing and formulate treatment plansKnowledge of evidence-based cardiology practicesExcellent communication, patient education, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize, problem solve, work independently, and collaborate effectively Organization Information:
