Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Cardiology Position Highlights:
Grand Valley Cardiology has been instrumental in Community Hospital’s growth and success over the last five years. From what started out as a small outpatient offering has expanded over the last five years to now offer both hospital and clinic-based Cardiology services and Grand Valley Cardiology supports a thriving Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab program. We are actively looking for an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join this expanding essential service line for the organization.
Cardiology Group consists of 3 Cardiologist and 2 Cardiology Nurse Practitioners
Minimum of 2 years of previous Cardiology experience required for this position.
Experience with device management highly preferred
36 Patient Contact Hours, plus 4 hours of administrative time per week.
100% Outpatient Practice
Strong network of supporting specialists for consultations.
Dedicated ramp up period for new providers
Meditech Expanse EMR
Position Includes:
Competitive guaranteed annual base salary of $140,000 based on previous Cardiology APP experience.
Planned annual base salary compensation increases.
On-Call compensation
Relocation assistance
