Job description
Summit Health is seeking a PER DIEM licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse to work with our Cardiology Department on Mondays in New York. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, patient-centered care.

Requirements:
Current New York State PA or APN license with board certification; minimum 1 year cardio
