Requested Schedule: Variable 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
On-Call Requirements: 1:5 call rotation with first call every eighth night; no second call

Job Requirements: Board Certification: Required in Anesthesiology
Licensure: Active New York State license required (not willing to license)
Certifications: Relevant certifications in anesthesiology and cardiac anesthesia preferred
Additional Information: Case Mix: Cardiac-focused anesthesiology
Procedures: Cardiac anesthesia procedures (details provided during interview)
Patient Population: Adult patients requiring cardiothoracic anesthesia
