Job Summary:
Centennial Heart Cardiovascular Consultants at TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an experienced advanced heart failure advanced practice provider to join their group in Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates:
Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
Advanced heart failure experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively supporting 5 advanced heart failure physicians
Full time, 4-10 hour shifts inpatient
