Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (RNFA), you will help cardiothoracic surgical teams manage high-acuity patients so they can achieve optimal post-operative recovery and improved cardiac health outcomes. Operating in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona, you will serve as a vital link in the continuum of care, ensuring seamless transitions from the operating room to long-term outpatient clinical management.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong background in cardiovascular care, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment, and a commitment to maintaining a rotating call schedule at St. Joe's and Chandler Regional medical facilities.
