You'll step into an outpatient-only, panel-based primary care role managing patients with complex medical needs. Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually

• $12,400 annual access bonus for meeting patient panel targets

• Alternative sign-on and retention structure for non-partnership track providers

• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
