Dignity Health Medical Group seeks Cardiologist in Bakersfield, CA
As our Cardiologist, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, a thriving multispecialty practice within Dignity Health Medical Foundation, playing a pivotal role in providing essential cardiovascular care to a vibrant community. You will practice alongside a highly respected team of cardiologists, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes within Bakersfield, California.
You will provide expert clinical care primarily in an office-based setting, benefiting from minimal hospital call coverage and rounding. With dedicated APP support and robust referral patterns serving a population of over one million, you will significantly impact the health and well-being of countless individuals.
To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Cardiologist with a commitment to collaborative, compassionate patient care and a desire to contribute to a well-established and growing practice aligned with California's largest hospital system.
We are offering a competitive salary guarantee of $500,000 - $550,000, with excellent earning potential through a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus. Job Requirements
Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology
Active or eligible license in the state of California
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
