What Youll Be DoingThis isnt a cookie-cutter roleyour days will be dynamic and clinically rewarding:
Open heart & structural heart cases
Thoracic and vascular procedures
Robotic lung program
Cardiac + general anesthesia coverage
1,300 cases annually = consistent volume without chaos
The Compensation (Lets Be RealIt Matters)Market-adjusted base + cardiac stipend
$50K sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance

What You BringMD or DO + ACGME Anesthesiology residency
Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology
Cardiac anesthesia training preferred
Florida license (or eligibility)
