The facility supports a strong locum tenens program with a streamlined credentialing process and is a Level 3 trauma center committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Internal Medicine - Cardiology
Job Details:
Provide inpatient cardiology services with 15 patient encounters per shift
Perform non-invasive cardiology procedures including echocardiography, TEE (Transesophageal Echo), and nuclear cardiology studies (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.)
Perform invasive cardiology diagnostic procedures as required
Must be board certified or board certification eligible
Active Alabama license or IMLC required to be considered
Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 30 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
