Seeking a locum tenens cardiology physician for an inpatient cardiology assignment in Florence, Alabama. Job Requirements Board certified or board eligible physician
MD degree required
Minimum of 1 year of recent cardiology experience preferred
Fellowship training required
Experience with inpatient cardiology care
Strong skills in non-invasive cardiology
Experience with echocardiography, TEE, and nuclear cardiology
Experience in invasive cardiology diagnostic procedures preferred
Responsibilities Provide inpatient cardiology consultation and management
Evaluate and treat an average of 15 patient encounters per shift
Perform non-invasive cardiology services, including echocardiography and TEE
Support nuclear cardiology interpretation and diagnostic decision-making
Complete invasive diagnostic cardiology procedures as needed
Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care
Maintain thorough documentation and timely patient follow-up
