The facility features a 38-bed department with a strong team of cardiologists, offering robust support and a collaborative environment for advanced practice providers.
Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology - Physician Assistant - Cardiology
Job Details:
Provide inpatient cardiology support including rounding, consults, and assisting cardiologists
Manage 10-12 patient encounters per shift within a 38-bed department
Schedule options include Monday through Friday 8AM-6PM and/or a 7 on 7 off model with occasional weekends
Must have previous locum tenens experience in an inpatient cardiology capacity
Cerner EMR experience is required
Active NC License and NC DEA required
BLS certification required
Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
Long-term ongoing locum tenens opportunity with 2-3 positions available
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
