Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Cardiology
Job Details:
Locum Tenens request for an Internal Medicine - Cardiology Physician
Average of 5 patient encounters per shift
Board certification required at minimum Certified level
Active ACLS and BLS certifications required
Fellowship training required (minimum 3 years)
Inpatient cardiology experience required, including ICU coverage
Non-invasive cardiology skills required, including Echocardiography and STEMI management; TEE (Transesophageal Echo) preferred
Invasive diagnostic cardiology required, including PA catheter placement, IABP placement, cardiac catheterization; heart biopsy preferred
Interventional cardiology skills required, including Angioplasty/PTCA, intracoronary stent placement, and atherectomy
Permanent pacemaker placement preferred
Outpatient cardiology and electrophysiology experience not required
