Job description
SageWest Health Care is actively recruiting an experienced Cardiologist to build and lead our service line from the ground up. group with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds , providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. About the position:
Unique opportunity to build a program with strong administrative support and long-term growth potential.
Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
Initial mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage
Approximately 10 days of call per month
Guaranteed compensation during ramp-up
Dedicated clinical support staff
Opportunity to help shape program development and future expansion
Scope of Practice:
General / Non-Invasive Cardiology
Electrophysiology (EP) welcomed
Echo, TEE, nuclear/stress testing, cardiac CT/MRI
Device management including pacemakers and ICDs
Not Included:
Interventional cardiology
PCI/STEMI coverage
Qualifications:
BE/BC in Cardiology
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation in the MGMA 50 th -75 th % inclusive of wRVU production incentive
