Job Details Position: Locum Tenens Cardiologist Physician Location: Las Vegas, NV 89169 Employment Type: Travel / Contract Start Date: 9/1/2026 End Date: 2/26/2027 Duration: 25 weeks Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Shift Duration: 8 hours Hours per Week: 40 Weekly Estimated Pay: $11,080 - $11,870 Job Requirements MD with board-certified or board-eligible cardiology background, preferably in noninvasive cardiology Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required Active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility to practice in Nevada Strong knowledge of cardiology evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning Ability to document thoroughly and accurately in accordance with established standards Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient education skills Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and review clinical symptoms, history, and test results Diagnose patient needs and develop appropriate plans of care Interpret diagnostic studies and guide treatment decisions Provide treatment and oversee care delivered by other team members as appropriate Deliver patient, family, and staff education to support continuity of care Collaborate with other providers to coordinate high-quality patient care Maintain timely, complete, and accurate clinical documentation Support evidence-based practice and contribute to quality improvement when applicable Apply now for this locum tenens cardiology physician job in Las Vegas, NV and join a team committed to exceptional patient care.
