Job description
Piedmont Heart Institute is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Non-Invasive General Cardiologist to join our growing cardiovascular team at Piedmont Walton Hospital in Monroe, Georgia. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate cardiovascular care within a nationally recognized healthcare system.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient-centered care and have an interest in cardiovascular imaging, research initiatives, and specialty programs. Physicians will join a collaborative network of experienced cardiologists and cardiovascular specialists dedicated to clinical excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care
Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions
Interpret and utilize non-invasive cardiovascular imaging studies
Collaborate with cardiovascular specialists, primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, and hospital staff
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Support cardiovascular service line growth and development
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Epic EMR
Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in accordance with best clinical practices
Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Completion of accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiology training programs
Eligible for unrestricted Georgia medical licensure
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Commitment to quality, safety, and compassionate patient care
