Call requirement: Yes 1:6, 1 week every 6th week, Mon-Fri evening weeknight call and then 24 hour weekend call Saturday and Sunday

Patient demographics: 18+
Average patients per day: 13
Required Procedures: The need is General Cardiology (pending details on procedures)
Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): Applicant must provide documentation (case list) of provision of surgical services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Case list must include diagnosis or procedure and date, and facility where performed.
Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specialties working with them: No
Licensed Candidate: Yes/No: Yes, Washington license is required in order to meet our start date. Open to IMLC if LOQ is in hand.
Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable): ACLS

Expected start date (First day should always be reserved for orientation tasks) - 09/09/2026 (Orientation 09/08/2026)
Note: Client may run emergency/fast privileges depends on exceptions of role
