About the Opportunity: Join an established and growing Cardiology practice with a significant built-in patient base
Succession opportunity due to a senior physician nearing retirement
Immediate need for 1-2 additional Non-Invasive Cardiologists
Stable, physician-led practice focused on long-term growth and retention
Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
Comprehensive Non-Invasive Cardiology practice with advanced imaging capabilities
Strong referral network and consistent patient demand
Full on-site diagnostic and imaging services
Collaborative team environment with dedicated APP support

Practice Details: Monday-Friday schedule
Clinic hours: 8:30 AM-4:00 PM
20-25 patients per day
Typical daily volume includes:Approximately 8 echocardiograms
Approximately 9 nuclear studies
Established procedural and referral volume
APP hospital support available 7 days per week
Dedicated clinic infrastructure and support staff
Clinical Scope: General Non-Invasive Cardiology
Nuclear Cardiology
SPECT Imaging
Cardiac PET
Cardiac CT
Cardiac MRI
Inpatient Cardiac MRI
Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
Access to strong EP volume within the system
30-50 EP procedures performed monthly throughout the program
Call Schedule: Weekday Call: 1:9
Weekend Call: 1:8 to 1:9
One weekday call approximately every other week
Shared call structure designed to support physician quality of life
Compensation:
Base Salary: $550k
Productivity-based wRVU model
Partnership bonus averaging approximately $200,000 annually
Partnership buy-in approximately $40,000
Additional real estate investment opportunity available

Candidate Parameters: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease
Eligible for state medical licensure
