Job description
Join a state-of-the-art facility as a full-time Electrophysiology Cardiologist at Kadlec clinic in Richland, Washington. Join a top-notch team that receives tremendous support from physician leaders. In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary group that is dedicated to serve a medically diverse patient population. This established team consists of 3 EP, 4 Interventionalists, 5 general cardiologists, APCs, support staff, as well as a TAVR and Heart Failure programs. Position Details:
Full-time position; Monday to Friday schedule, including administrative time
Device clinic onsite
Solid onboarding and excellent mentorship
3 EPs with one retiring at the end of 2026
2 EP labs with a hybrid lab coming in 2027
1:1 APC to EP
Pulsed field ablation for the treatment of atrial fib available
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is between $712,517 and $989,480 per year
Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental and retirement
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

No experience required, new graduates are welcome to apply
Must be board-certified/board-eligible
