Job description
Locums Cardiology Physician in Ronceverte, West Virginia - Monthly Blocks, Minimal Night Calls
Combine outpatient cardiology with hospital coverage in recurring monthly blocks featuring broad noninvasive procedures and limited overnight call activity.
Highlights
Two to three weeks per month
Six-month assignment with extension potential
Minimal nighttime calls
Tech and RN support
Practice & Cases
Adult inpatient and outpatient cardiology
Approximately 22 to 24 clinic patients per day
Cardiac risk assessments and pacemaker checks
EKGs, Holter monitoring, TEEs, cardioversions, and stress testing
Schedule
Two to three weeks of coverage monthly
Weekday clinic coverage
24 hour call during assigned call weeks
Clinic schedule adjusts during hospital call coverage
Requirements
Must be an MD or DO
Must be Board Certified in Cardiology
West Virginia license or active IMLC LOQ required
BLS, DEA, and CSR required with at least two years of experience
Logistics
Airfare and lodging are covered
Rental car and mileage are covered
