Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opportunity in Sarasota, Florida within a rapidly growing value-based Internal Medicine network offering competitive base salary, performance-based bonus potential, full benefits, and a structured Monday - Friday schedule. Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus potential. Full-time Monday - Friday schedule with predictable clinic hours. Outpatient Internal Medicine / Primary Care setting focused on adult and senior patients. Value-based care model emphasizing prevention, chronic disease management, and quality outcomes. Integrated care teams including clinical and administrative support to reduce provider workload. Strong emphasis on improving provider satisfaction and minimizing administrative burden. Opportunity to work within a large, established system with 50+ clinic locations across Florida. Caring for a growing Medicare and exchange-based patient population. Structured onboarding and training program to ensure success in workflows and clinical systems. Collaborative, physician-led environment with clear supervision and support from attending physicians. Provider responsible for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management under physician direction. Experience in Managed Care strongly preferred. Must have active Florida NP or PA license. BLS and ACLS certification required. Strong emphasis on communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism. EMR/EHR experience preferred.
