Cardiothoracic Surgeon Build, Lead, and Innovate in a High Impact Program
About the Opportunity
Join an established cardiothoracic surgery group with 3 experienced surgeons who bring more than 30 years of combined experience in the community. You will help expand a high performing cardiac program that continues to invest in advanced technology and innovation.
You will practice in an environment where volume, infrastructure, and clinical support are already in place, giving you immediate momentum and long-term growth potential.

Robust cardiac program with ECMO and Impella capabilities
Strong surgical volume with 267 STS heart cases and 100 thoracic cases annually
Structural heart including TAVR and mitra-clip
Shared call of 1 in 3 with collegial and experienced partners. Mentorship available to new graduates.
Dedicated cardiac anesthesia team with TEE expertise
Experienced perfusionists and highly skilled surgical support staff
Advanced techniques including endoscopic vein and radial artery harvesting
State of the art facilities
2 dedicated cardiovascular operating rooms
1 hybrid suite and one vascular suite
5 cardiac catheterization labs
20 bed CVICU and step-down unit

Qualifications
Board certification in cardiothoracic surgery
Eligible for or active California medical license
Commitment to program growth and clinical excellence
Collaborative and team-oriented approach
