Job description
CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem, to coordinate and implement patient care for an assigned unit in New Mexico. You will perform initial assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients and families while ensuring safety and alignment with unit standards.
You will also participate in discharge planning, document interventions, and collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain high-quality care and positive patient relations.
