Job description
Emory Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinician Educator to serve as a unit-based education resource, supporting staff development and competency using adult learning principles and evidence-based practice. The role advances along the RN Clinician Educator to NPD Practitioner to NPD Specialist pathway.
The educator will participate in onboarding, competency management, education delivery, and quality improvement activities, working on-site with travel <10% between clinical sites as needed.
