Job description

Christie Clinic's Cardiology Diagnostics Department seeks a part-time Scheduler for the University clinic. This role is 20 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–12:00pm, with benefit eligibility.

You will schedule procedures and appointments, fill in for the receptionist when needed, and assist with obtaining prior authorizations from insurance companies.

Strong phone skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems are valued.
