Job description
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group in Waterbury is seeking a Surgical Scheduler to join the Cardiology team on West Main Street. The role schedules procedures, coordinates pre- and postoperative visits, and aligns the surgeons' OR calendar with the ambulatory schedule to avoid overlaps.
You will gather patient data, obtain pre-authorization, and manage communications between physicians, Hospital and Saint Francis, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate EPIC records.
