Job description
CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator – Registered Nurse to provide education, coaching, and support to patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions. In this role, you will assess learning needs, develop individualized teaching plans, and reinforce medication adherence, lifestyle changes, and device use.
