Job description
Hartford HealthCare in Connecticut seeks a Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Specialist to provide care to adult and geriatric cardiac and pulmonary patients, including telemetry monitoring, exercise, education, and psychosocial support.
The role collaborates with other disciplines, helps develop care plans, evaluates outcomes, and assists with Cardiac Holter monitor application, removal and scanning; qualifications include a related bachelor's degree and BCLS/ACLS and EP-C/CEP certifications.
