Job description
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for Cardiothoracic Surgery Stepdown. This full-time night-shift leadership role oversees the delivery of patient care on an assigned unit, driving safe, high-quality care and efficient daily operations.
Reporting to the Patient Care Director, you will help set unit goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff in evidence-based practice.
