Call is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:4 call ratio, and the clinician must maintain availability to respond to cardiothoracic surgical cases throughout each designated coverage period. Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is required, and a record of cardiothoracic surgical experience is essential for consideration. APP support is available on-site to assist with coverage during the assignment.
