Job description
United Health Services (UHS) seeks an experienced physician assistant to join our cardiothoracic surgery service line. Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., post call day off, 1 in 3 call shared with other PAs; after OR cases, CVICU coverage with 2 other PAs.
Responsibilities include patient rounds, rounding on admitted patients, assisting in OR with vein harvest, orders, and discharges. Requires NCCPA certification, NY PA license, accredited PA program, and MS in PA field, plus strong communication.
