About the Facility This medical center requires cardiothoracic surgery coverage following the departure of a full-time staff member. The facility provides inpatient and operating room services and maintains established clinical infrastructure to support quality patient care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period. On-site resources are in place to facilitate coordinated care for the cardiothoracic surgery service line.

About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage across inpatient and operating room settings on a night shift and 24-hour call basis, working a Monday-to-Monday rotation every other week. Clinical responsibilities include first assisting, inpatient rounding, and cardiothoracic surgical procedures as required throughout each assigned coverage period. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system. Prescriptive authority is required as a condition of this on-site assignment.
