Job description
Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse for the Post Cardiothoracic Surgery unit. You will assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement and manage patient care across the episode of care, focusing on discharge readiness and safe transitions.
The role requires NYS RN licensure, BLS certification, and completion of a nursing program (Diploma/AD/BSN). NPAP participation is available for advancement; additional certifications may be needed by some departments.
