Job description
Mayo Clinic Florida is seeking a Cardiothoracic Transplant Hospital Pharmacist Specialist to join our hospital pharmacy team in Jacksonville. The pharmacist will practice as a decentralized clinician in patient care areas and act as a clinical expert to support transplant practice, driving the program forward.
The role encompasses consultation, education, research, and supervisory duties, with responsibility as a preceptor for Pharmacy Education programs and leadership of quality improvement
