Syneos Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Area Business Director to lead a team of Institutional Account Managers and Strategic Business Directors, promoting products to targeted physicians and accounts within the region.
You will recruit, hire, coach and motivate a high-performing team; design short- and long-term business plans; manage district budgets; drive sales growth, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Travel is required ~80% of time.
