Job description
Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA, seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our acute care team. You will lead medication therapy initiatives, provide clinical expertise, and mentor students and residents within a service line.
Responsibilities include optimizing drug therapy, participating in safety and quality programs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes across the service line. Requires hospital pharmacy experience and BCPS or PGY1/2 pathways.
